Major Spillage Problem Solved

Recently a North Queensland ship loading facility conveying Lead Concentrate, replaced their existing skirting system with ESS 2000 Lay-In Skirting. The application required stainless steel materials to prevent corrosion due to the over ocean location.
With a capital outlay of approximately $7000 for the ESS-2000 Skirting system, the return on investment is expected to be only three and a half months, given that the clean up costs were $260 per hour.
Reduced spillage means that there is less wear and tear on components and a safer, sleaner, more productive bulk materials handling facility.
